📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Use professional cleaning equipment and supplies to maintain the resort’s luxurious standards.
• Inspect rooms for damage or maintenance issues and report them to the front desk or maintenance team.
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory of linens, towels, and cleaning supplies.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily and weekly cleaning targets.
• Assist with special events and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Promote a positive and professional attitude to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with luxury hotel or resort cleaning standards and protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
