📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of mining activities to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all mining regulations, including environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Explore new opportunities for growth and innovation in our mining operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of our mining activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations, with a focus on open-pit mining.
• Proven track record of successfully managing mining projects from exploration to closure.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, including environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficient in using mining software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel frequently to various locations within Bali and Indonesia.
