📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies for our events, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and promotional materials.
• Design and produce high-quality visual content for our events, including branding materials, invitations, posters, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with our clients to understand their vision and goals, and translate them into compelling marketing and design concepts.
• Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet our high standards for quality and creativity.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and design, and apply them to our work.
• Work closely with our internal teams, including event planners, project managers, and marketing specialists, to ensure that our marketing and design efforts align with our overall event strategy.
• Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and grow in their careers.
• Contribute to the overall success of our events by ensuring that our marketing and design efforts effectively promote and support our clients' goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative marketing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Experience with event marketing and design, including branding, invitations, posters, and digital assets.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to develop and execute creative campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
