📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify invoices and receipts to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Maintain and update accounting records using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
- Support the finance department in various administrative tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documentation.
- Stay updated with accounting best practices and industry standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
