📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and submit accurate, timely, and comprehensive regulatory reports, including those required by Bank Indonesia
- Monitor and analyze financial transactions to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all financial operations adhere to regulatory standards
- Use SAP, Oracle, and Excel to manage and analyze financial data
- Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and ensure compliance with new regulations
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on regulatory compliance status
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls to enhance compliance
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate compliance risks
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including those set by Bank Indonesia
- Proficiency in using SAP, Oracle, and Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
