📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, qualify, and convert leads to drive sales growth
• Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Provide regular reports on lead performance and sales pipeline status
• Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead management
• Provide exceptional customer service to potential and existing clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and converting leads
• Strong understanding of CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
