📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of burgers, sides, and other menu items according to high standards of quality and presentation.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Adapt to changing work schedules and be available for shifts, including weekends and holidays.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including grills, fryers, and food preparation stations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules and conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for food and customer service.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg of weight.
