📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic planning and development of mining projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
• Oversee the implementation of mining operations, focusing on efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Manage and mentor a team of mining engineers and project managers.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new mining ventures.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and industry partners.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Report directly to the Executive Director, providing regular updates on project progress and strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in mining development, with a strong track record in leading mining projects.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, project management, and operational efficiency.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Familiarity with mining software and tools such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and Datamine.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and environmental standards.
