📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, and other related materials.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational resources.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of existing documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the IT or software industry.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
