📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the ice skating rink, ensuring safety and smooth functioning of all equipment and facilities.
• Manage and train a team of rink guards to ensure high standards of service and safety.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures to protect skaters and staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the rink and surrounding areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to skaters, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards for ice skating rinks.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in rink operations, ice skating management, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures for ice skating rinks.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus.
• Familiarity with ice skating equipment and maintenance is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.
