📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer requirements.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food and kitchen supplies.,Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage and disposal of food waste.,Develop and implement food cost control measures to ensure profitability.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working condition and maintained properly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Good understanding of food costing and inventory management.,Valid food handling certificate and other relevant certifications.
