Bright Gold Sentosa is looking for a Lead Internal Auditor to join our team in Baturaja. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing internal audit activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a passion for maintaining high standards of integrity and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and coordinating internal audit activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures.,Conducting audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborating with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial records and reports.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of internal controls.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
