📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and schedule engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.,Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports to the marketing team.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive online community.,Research and implement new social media trends and strategies to improve our online presence.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.,Assist in the creation of social media graphics and videos, using tools such as Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media platforms and best practices, and provide training to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, either in-house or agency experience.,Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.,Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus, but not required.
