📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR manager in any other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
