📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers.,Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective execution of business plans.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.,Prepare and present regular reports on business performance and market conditions.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns.,Support the management team in achieving business objectives and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales and marketing targets.
