📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed construction reports, including progress updates and quality control documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve construction issues and ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, including ISO and AS/NZS standards.
• Conduct training and mentorship for junior staff on quality assurance procedures.
• Manage and maintain construction equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality assurance, with a focus on high-profile projects.
• Certification in Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) or a similar relevant certification.
• Proficient in using construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO and AS/NZS standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction safety protocols and procedures.
