📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads to drive sales growth
- Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide regular reports on lead performance and sales pipeline status
- Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead management
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential and existing clients
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and converting leads
- Strong understanding of CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is a plus
