📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Provide information about our range of beauty treatments and services.
• Manage client inquiries and book appointments using our in-house booking system.
• Handle client payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Assist with pre and post-treatment care, including product application and aftercare instructions.
• Ensure the clinic is clean and well-maintained, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Promote our clinic's services and special offers to clients.
• Report any issues or concerns to the clinic manager for resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or frontline roles in the beauty or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of beauty treatments and products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using booking and payment systems.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg.
