📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Assist in the planning and coordination of training schedules and materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the development of training materials and resources.,Support the Training Officer in the implementation of training initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the training department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
