📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist nurses with patient care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.,Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status.,Prepare and administer medications as directed by the nursing staff.,Maintain a clean and organized patient room and follow infection control protocols.,Assist with the preparation and serving of meals to patients.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients as needed.,Participate in team meetings and follow hospital policies and procedures.,Report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff immediately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or related field.,Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and procedures.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid certification or license in nursing or healthcare assistance (preferred but not required).
