📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in assigned areas.
• Manage and train a team of 5-10 staff members to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent shortages.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and implement feedback to improve service.
• Use Salesforce and SAP to track sales performance and operational metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports on area performance and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with regional managers to align with company-wide strategies and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the beverage industry.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and SAP, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
