We are looking for a talented and experienced Tax Consultant to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on tax matters to our clients, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations, and contributing to the growth and success of our firm.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert advice on tax matters to clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate, individual, and other tax filings.,Conduct tax planning and strategy sessions with clients to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to staff on new developments.,Manage and mentor junior tax consultants and staff.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
