📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Train and mentor new staff members to ensure high service standards.,Participate in store promotions and special events to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or administrative roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in retail management preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
