📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the entire billing process from claim submission to final payment.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient accounts and insurance claims.,Monitor and analyze billing data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with insurance policies and regulations.,Maintain excellent relationships with insurance companies and other third-party payers.,Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families regarding billing inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in patient billing and revenue cycle management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in patient billing services or a related role.,Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and revenue cycle management processes.,Familiarity with insurance policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
