📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the optimal operation of healthcare facilities.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of medical equipment and facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments of healthcare facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects and tasks.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schedules, and inventory.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Provide technical support and guidance to facility staff on maintenance-related matters.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in projects and preventive maintenance in healthcare facilities or similar environments.,Strong knowledge of healthcare facility maintenance standards and best practices.,Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.,Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
