📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with students to help them achieve their academic goals.,Developing and implementing personalized lesson plans based on students' needs and learning styles.,Assessing students' progress and providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.,Collaborating with other tutors and staff to ensure a high standard of education and support.,Attending team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new teaching methods.,Maintaining accurate records of students' progress and attendance.,Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably education, psychology, or related fields.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in tutoring or teaching, either in formal or informal settings.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
