Agung Maya Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Manage the recruitment and selection process for new hires.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and disputes in a fair and professional manner.,Develop and maintain employee handbooks and HR policies.,Coordinate with management to address HR issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
