📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage and mentor a team of pharmacists, staff, and volunteers to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure product availability.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and accurate medication information.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
