📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of 20-30 employees, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including managing online and offline promotions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and control inventory, ordering, and budgeting to optimize costs and profitability.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build professional relationships and network with other businesses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
