📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Production Manager in overseeing the production process,Ensure that all production equipment is in good working condition,Monitor inventory levels and order new ingredients as needed,Maintain a clean and safe working environment,Assist in quality control checks,Train and mentor new staff members,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed,Prepare and maintain production schedules and records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Knowledge of baking and production processes,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with health and safety regulations,Ability to lift and move heavy objects,Basic computer skills for record keeping and scheduling,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is a plus
