📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support the Operational Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • Manage and coordinate teams to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using operational management tools and software.
  • Understanding of Indonesian business culture and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
