📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Supervise and guide production team members to achieve daily targets.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.
  • Manage production schedules and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols in the production area.
  • Provide regular reports on production progress and issues to the Production Supervisor.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with production planning and control software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and local market trends is a plus.
  • Passionate about fashion and committed to maintaining high quality standards.
